What is  your return policy? Any items that arrive damaged will be replaced with the same item. Any refunds for whatever reason will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns require a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling 1-800-792-9927. Returns without an RA number will not be honored. Shipping is not refundable. Refunds are not possible after 30 days. What are your shiping rates? Our rates are calculated when you place your order based upon UPS' and Feded current rates. If your order is over $250 you will receive free shipping, regardless of whether it is a small Zen sand garden or a wall fountain! When will my order arrive? Orders shipped standard will arrive 7-9 business days from the date of order placement. For an additional charge, we will send your order via Express (2-3 days) delivery service. Orders received Monday through Friday by 2.00 pm (PDT) and all in-stock items will ship within 48 hours. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. We use several different manufacturers of pumps in order to provide the customer with the proper volume pump that is quiet and will last for a long time. They all usa american standard house hold outlets and voltages. How long will the pumps last? The pumps will have the longest life span if they are allowed to run continuously. Also, if the water level is not maintained, the pump runs the risk of burning out. The warranty covers the pump for a period of six months from the invoice date. If maintained properly, pumps can perform over a period of several years. Why would the pump stop working? The pumps are submersible, and MUST be used while completely submersed in water. The water acts to cool the pump and maintain the proper operating temperature. Low water levels, frequently turning the fountain off and on, or poor fountain maintenance will contribute to a shorter pump life span. Often times, if a pump appears dead, it can be repaired by following the pump repair instructions on our website. My pump noise is very loud, what can I do? First check to be sure the pump is fully submerged in the water. Now be sure that the pump is not vibrating against any copper You can isolate the pump by using an old sponge underneath it or beside it to minimize the vibrations, and thus quieting the pump. How often do I have to fill a feng shui fountain? Fountains are natural humidifiers for the environment. The amount of water that each fountain consumes daily depends on how dry the air is and what type of fountain you have. Generally speaking, you should add a small amount of water each day instead of adding several gallons every few days. Try to maintain a water level outlined in the fountain instructions. How often do I have to change the water? Changing the water should occur when the entire fountain is cleaned. (Recommended every 4-6 months). Will anything grow in the water? No. most of our fountains use a tremendous amount of copper, which naturally keeps bacteria, mold, or mildew from growing in the fountain. This is simply a benefit of copper. Do I have to add anything to the water? A product called ProTec, found at aquarium and pet stores, can be added to the water to keep it clean. What type of water should I use for your commercial indoor fountains? Feng Shui Fusion recommends distilled or bottled water for your fountains. You can use tap water, but the calcium in the water will eventually solidify on the copper, slate, and parts of the pump.
