    If you are interested in a particular type of product that you can't find on our website, please contact us at info@fengshuifusion.com and we will do our best to help you find the feng shui items you're looking for.
  • Is Feng Shui Fusion an American company?   Is your pricing in US dollars?Feng Shui Fusion is an American company. All of the pricing on our online store is in US Dollars. Every item on our website ships from a location within the United States; however, some of them are manufactured overseas and shipped to the U.S. where they are warehoused.
  • Do you have a physical store?All our products are located on line, currently we do not have a store.
  • How would I sell my feng shui book on your website? How do I submit my book for review?
    Please send a sample of your book addressed to Feng Shui Fusion PO Box 3984, San Diego, CA, 92163-3984 please provide your contact information, the wholesale and retail price of the book. Include a CD with JPG of your book and the descriptions and a biography on the author. We will be reviewing the book to see if it is a good fit for our store.  You will hear from us within 3 -4 weeks of our decision. 
  • How do I contact the buyers for new product submission?For new product submission please send catalogue and price list to Feng Shui Fusion PO Box 3984, San Diego, CA, 92163-3984.  We will be review the product line to see if it is a good fit for our store.  You will hear from us within 3 -4 weeks of our decision.

  • How do I find out the material of a product?
    Where available, product materials are listed on website.

SALT LAMPS:

PUMPS:

  • Do you offer replacements for fountain pumps?  If so, is there a warranty?
    All fountains come with a manufacturer guarantee.  Yes, we also sell pumps on our website.  In order to see a selection of pumps, go to search bar and enter the word "pump" and the pump selection will become available.  There are two sizes available, small and large.  The small pump works for table top fountains and the larger pump is for the outdoor larger fountains.
  • How long will the pumps last?
    The pumps will have the longest life span if they are allowed to run continuously. Also, if the water level is not maintained, the pump runs the risk of burning out. The warranty covers the pump for a period of six months from the invoice date. If maintained properly, pumps can perform over a period of several years.
  • Why would the pump stop working?
    The pumps are submersible, and MUST be used while completely submersed in water. The water acts to cool the pump and maintain the proper operating temperature. Low water levels, frequently turning the fountain off and on, or poor fountain maintenance will contribute to a shorter pump life span. Often times, if a pump appears dead, it can be repaired by following the pump repair instructions on our website.
  • My pump noise is very loud, what can I do?
    All pumps make a certain amount of noise. If the noise is excessive first check to be sure the pump is fully submerged in the water. Now be sure that the pump is not vibrating against any of the fountain. You can isolate the pump by using an old sponge underneath it or beside it to minimize the vibrations, and thus quieting the pump.  The fountain has a pump setting, which can be set at high or low, pumps set at a higher setting make less unwanted noise.

  • What are the benefits of water fountains?
    For centuries people have realized that the sound and sites of flowing water can reduce stress and bring tranquility in a garden, patio or entrance to a home or building. At the end of a hectic day, take a moment to relax near the sound or site of moving water and you'll be a believer in the healing and stress-reducing benefits of having a water fountain. There is something soothing about the sounds of running water from a table top water fountain that can truly help reduce daily pressures. Today it is not uncommon to see water fountains in a variety of settings. Also, scientists have discovered that moving water actually releases negative ions from the atmosphere, which come from a host of electronic devices, common in our world today. Negative ions attract dust and other airborne impurities. Moving water attracts these ions and purifies the air. Your water fountain will make the air around it clean and refreshing.  Water fountains are an important element in Feng Shui.  Those who work in Feng Shui believe that water in motion moves the "chi" around the space. When placed correctly, according to the elements of Feng Shui, water fountains can benefit or activate the "chi" in the space. Indoor water fountains can add beauty, style and grace to your garden or patio design. For those who are looking to add beauty and style to their exterior design can turn to water fountains as a dramatic focal point of any space. Water fountains allow you to bring the beauty of nature to exterior spaces. Feng Shui Fusion offers a host of practical and durable water fountains including  pond fountains, water fountains, water wall fountainsbarrel water fountains as well as a floor fountains.We offer water fountains in a variety of many styles, sizes and colors, to fit any taste and price budget.

  • Are the fountains electric or battery operated?
    We currently do not have any battery operated fountains (or accessories) available. ALL of our fountains are electric and designed for NEMA 1-15 (North American 15 A/125 V)

  • Will you install my fountain for me?
    We are unable to offer installation service at this time. Most of our fountains do not require professional installation and can be easily set up by the consumer However, if you have ordered a large wall fountain and need assistance in the installation process, you can hire a contractor in your area to install the fountain for you.

  • Is installing a wall fountain very complicated?
    Each wall fountain comes with detailed instructions to guide you through the installation process. The instructions are designed for the every day consumer to understand. Many of our wall fountains are as easy to hang as a picture frame. 
  • I am looking for a specific fountain, pump, light, etc. and do not see it on your site.  Can you help me find it?
    We work hard to have a wide variety of products available, and hope that you can find what you're looking for from our currently available selection. If you need help finding a particular type of item,  email us today info@fengshuifusion.com We'll be glad to help!  Please be aware that while we'll do our best, we are unable to spend a lot of time searching for a specific fountain or type of fountain for you if it is something you do not see on our website. Many times, fountains that you see locally at garden centers or elsewhere are not available online. In some cases, such as with imported or discontinued items, or manufacturers that have gone out of business, we are unable to locate the products you are looking for anyway. If you can call us with a detailed description including the material it's made out of, manufacturer and/or model number, we can attempt to locate the item you are looking for.
  • What if water is not flowing evenly across the surface?
    The main cause of water not flowing evenly across the surface is because the fountain is not level on the wall or surface. When lining up your fountain on the wall, make sure you use a level to ensure it is hung properly and evenly. If you have a slate wall fountain, not only is it important to level the fountain, but it is equally important to spray the surface of the slate with distilled water before turning on the fountain. This helps the water flow more evenly across the surface. Also, if the water collects at a small reservoir at the top of the fountain, run your finger along the edge where the water falls over and down. This breaks the surface water beads and allows the water to flow over the edge more evenly and therefore fall more evenly.
  • What if water is not flowing through the tubes?
    Check for kinks in the tubing throughout your water fountain systems. Make sure the pump output nozzle is inserted properly, the water fountain pump is completely submerged and the power is switched on the "on" position and plugged in. Make sure that the water fountain has an adequate amount of water.
  • What do I do if my fountain is splashing?
    All fountains splash to some degree. Fountains splash for a variety of reasons. First, if your fountain comes with a splash guard, adjust it. Second, you may have overfilled your fountain with water. When water hits water it will splash. If the water line is at the top of the reservoir it will more than likely splash out onto your table or floor. Third, you may need to regulate the water flow of your pump. Unplug your pump and look at where the water is sucked into the pump. In this area there will be some type of regulator. This is generally a plastic disk that is turned to block some of the water going into the pump. This will slow down the force at which the water flows through your pump. It is similar to turning down the force of a faucet and thereby having less splashing. Last, make sure your fountain is level. Any type of slant or angle may cause the water level to shift and then splash as the falling water hits it.
  • I want to build my own fountain.  Can you tell me how or give me instructions?
    You can find creative ideas for making tabletop fountains under our Feng Shui articles section, happy fountain making. 
  • Can you guarantee that the fountain I receive will be exactly as pictured?
    You will receive the product in the picture - we do not substitute items that are out of stock with similar items. However, in the case of natural materials or hand made items, they will not be exactly the same as pictured on the product page. This is due to the nature of organic materials - such as pebbles, slate, copper, etc. - which come in a very wide variety of natural hues. Also, hand-made and hand painted items, as they are not mass produced, will nearly always vary slightly from the picture.
  • If I modify my fountain in any way, does the warranty still apply?
    Any type of modification to a fountain that changes or renders useless any part of the fountain will result in a nullified warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: cutting tubing or wire, bending metal frames, permanently marking any surface on the fountain, removing any part in a way that it cannot be easily put back in, etc. If you are having a problem with your fountain and feel that you need to modify it for some reason, please call the manufacturer (listed on the box). so they can guide you through a solution that would not affect the warranty.
  • How often do I have add water to my feng shui fountain?

  • How often do I have to change the water?
    Changing the water should occur when the entire fountain is cleaned. (Recommended every 4-6 months).
  • Do I have to add anything to the water?
    We recommend using distilled water to prevent calcium build up on your fountain.
  • What type of water should I use for commercial indoor fountains?
    Feng Shui Fusion recommends distilled or bottled water for your fountains. You can use tap water, but the calcium in the water will eventually solidify on the copper, slate, and parts of the pump.
  • Do you sell custom fountains?

  • My fountain is too quiet or loud?  How do I adjust the sound and water flow?
    The fountain has a pump setting, which can be set at high or low, depending upon your preference.  Fountains filled with more water are quieter. 
  • Do you customize large or commercial fountains?
    Yes. Please email us at info@fengshuifusion.com
  • How do I assemble my fountain?
    All fountains arrive with assembly instructions. If you misplace, need another copy of instructions, or require technical assistance please call manufacturer (listed on the box).
  • How do I clean my fountain?
    We recommend every 4-6 months, dismantling the entire fountain and taking an old toothbrush and using vinegar to clean the pump and any build up on the fountain

SHIPPING:

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to shipping company requirements.
  • Do you offer international shipping? If so, what is the cost?
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • How do I change the shipping address once the order was placed?
    If the package has not yet been shipped, please contact us info@fengshuifusion.com and we can update the shipping address.  If your order has already been shipped (i.e. tracking number has already been received) we are unable to change the shipping address. You could attempt to contact the shipping company to see if other arrangements can be made, however, we have no authority to re-route packages already in transit. The email with your tracking number will include the transit company information. 
  • How long will my product take to be shipped?
    All orders received Monday through Friday by 10am (PDT) are shipped within 24 hours except on holidays and weekends. However, if any items are on back order you will be notified from customer service and product will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. Some of our fountains and Zen alarm clocks are hand made (if a product is handmade it will be specified on website) and take up to  3-4 weeks to ship. Products are shipped standard ground unless express delivery is selected at check out.  During final check out the shipping time will be provided.  
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Our rates are calculated when you place your order based upon UPS and Fedex rates.  When you update your shopping cart to purchase the item, the actual shipping cost will be displayed prior to finalizing transaction. We do not upmark shipping.

ORDERS:

  • Do you offer warranties on products?
    In many cases the manufacturer provides a warranty and we can refer you to them.  We can provide manufacturer contact information for you to contact them directly regarding any warranty available.
  • The product was not what I wanted, how do I return it?
    In the rare case that you do not like your purchase, please follow our return procedure and carefully review our the detailed instructions for returning our products. Please note that custom items, built-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific needs. You must call in for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number or your return may not be honored. We do not accept unauthorized returns.  Returns are accepted for unused products only, except in cases of defective merchandise. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipment and does not have any obvious defects.  Please email us at info@fengshuifusion.com to receive an RMA#.  Please note, the product must be in original packaging and in new condition and purchased within 30 days in order to honor your request for return. If the return does not meet these requirements it will not be honored.  To return the product, you are responsible for the shipping cost.  All products returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • What happens if my product arrives damaged?
    We are sorry to hear your product was damaged and would be happy to replace the item or refund your money.  Please note, we must be notified within three days of receipt in order to honor the request for exchange or refund.  Please contact us at 1-800-792-9927. 
  • Do you give refunds?
    Yes, we do give refunds.  If you receive a product that you decided you no longer want, you have 30 days to notify us by phone to receive a return authorization. It must be returned in new and unused condition, or the return will not be honored.  Please note, a 20% restocking fee is charged and you will be responsible for shipping charges to ship item back.  If an item was damaged, please refer to FAQ "What happens if my product arrives damaged?"
  • Why do some of your fountains take up to 8 weeks to ship?
    Many of our fountains are hand-made to order. Some, such as the fine art fountains, are hand-painted by a single artist. This is often done to preserve the one-of-a-kind value of these types of specialty items, because their uniqueness comes from the very fact that they are not produced on an assembly line. Similarly, some of the fountains we have available are customized to each individual customer’s needs. This requires that fountains are not manufactured until the order is placed by the customer. Another reason for an unusually long lead time is when products are placed on backorder. This occasionally occurs during trade shows or seasonal increases in customer demand.
  • Why did only part of my order arrive?  Where is the rest?
    Although we have a wide variety of items in stock in our warehouse, many of our fountains ship directly from the manufacturer. If you place an order for multiple items, often the items that we have in stock will arrive much more quickly than the item that is shipping from another location.
  • My order was missing an item?
    If you did not receive an email advising and item is on backorder or discontinued, we will gladly send out the missing item as long as we are notified within three days of package receipt.  To notify us the item was missing, contact us at 1info@fengshuifusion.com
  • How do I track my order status?
    Please log into your account and you will see your tracking number and shipping company listed.  The shipping company's website can provide package tracking and status.
  • Can I place an order by phone?

  • How do I order multiple quantities of an item in my shopping cart?
    When you have your item in your cart, enter the quantity you would like to order and then click on the "update" button to update the quantity.
  • I want to order a large quantity of a product.  How do I make sure that quantity is available?

  • Will you let me know if an item is on back order?
    All orders received Monday through Friday by 10am (PDT) are shipped within 24 hours expect on holidays and weekends. However, if any items are on back order you will be notified from customer service and product will be shipped as soon as it is in stock.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my order before it is shipped?
    To offset merchant and processing fess, a 5% cancellation fee is assessed.  If the product has been shipped, refer to return policy defined in FAQs.
  • How do I order online as a returning customer?
    If you are a returning customer, you can place your new order quickly and easily by entering your log in without having to re-enter your personal information. Your log in consists of your user ID and password.
  • What will happen after I place my order online?
    Within an hour you should receive a purchase confirmation.  When product is shipped you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number.
  • How do I add a personalized note with my gift?
    During check out and credit card processing, there is a section in which you can indicate a personal note. 
  • Do you offer volume or Corporate Purchases & Group Discounts?
    Since Feng Shui Fusion products, such as a tabletop Zen garden, make such exceptional gifts and incentives. .  Feng Shui Fusion offers quantity discounts on all products purchased of the same part number that are priced at over $25 for US delivery. These discounts are on a sliding scale, as follows: 1 - 9 (No Discount); 10 - 15 (7%); 16 - 25 (10%); 25-30 (12%); >30 (15%) We can also offer discounts for higher quantity purchases (30+) of the same item if under $25.
